Terms of Service
Last updated: June 22, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Tweet to Markdown browser extension and website (together, "the Service"), operated by HyperionDigital ("we," "us"). By installing the extension or creating an account, you agree to these terms.
The Service
Tweet to Markdown converts X/Twitter posts and threads you view into Markdown-formatted text or files. Every account includes 3 free conversions per month, resetting each month. Beyond that, continued use requires an active paid subscription.
Plans and billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy.
- Each plan includes a fixed number of conversions per billing period (or unlimited, on our top plan); unused conversions do not roll over to the next period.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- Prices are listed in AUD and may change with notice posted on this site; existing subscriptions are honored at their current price until you change plans.
Cancellations and refunds
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email or customer portal.
- Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access for the remainder of the period you already paid for.
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 14 days of a charge if you believe you were billed in error or the Service didn't work as described.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to scrape or republish content at a scale that violates X/Twitter's own terms of service.
- Attempt to bypass usage limits or paywall enforcement through means other than a legitimate subscription.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimer
The Service depends on reading X/Twitter's page structure, which can change without notice and may affect conversion accuracy. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
